Message : We did make a mistake on the charge and did fix this as soon as it was called to our attention.

No, actually, it took about 7 days from my email to you to have the amount credited back to my credit card. Admittedly it was only a $9.00 difference, but the length of time it took bothered me, not the amount.

: We also make a mistake on the shipping address and because of this mistake the tracking number was also lost.

: I apolized and do apoligize for this.

Yes, you did, and I thank you for that.

: The kits are made in Mexico and we do not hide this.
: There is a huge stamp on the back of each kit that says "made in mexico"

Being made in Mexico is not a problem at all. Labor is cheaper there, so I would do that myself, were I running a business. However, since you do have these made in Mexico, I would expect you to understand Customs procedures. Not having any kind of customs notice on the box is not understanding Customs procedures. A quote from the UPS guy that I picked the shipment up from:

"I'm suprised this package even made it here, with a small label, no Customs declarations, and a partial address"

: Sounds like the customer is happy with the kit so great everything works out. We have done alot of business with tt.net and if anyone is unhappy please email me directly (mike@woodtrim.com) as I normally don't have time to look at these message boards.

I did so, including the web address of this post, which is why you were able to find it. While I believe in letting people know of business problems with merchants, I also believe in letting these self-same merchants know I am saying something in a public forum. I don't stab someone in the back; rather I do it in front of them....

Anyways, I'd rather not start a message board war, so this is the last I have to say about this. And yes, you are right, I am pleased with the kit, and with the price.

Also, thanks again for the apology. It is not often you see that when dealing with merchants.
